Site Rescue - site analysis
Site analysis is the first stage of the Site Rescue service and involves a detailed analysis of your website. This is important in order to be able to get to the root of any problems your website may have.
During this phase we would seek to establish the following:
- Visitor volumes and traffic patterns
- Search engine position for key phrases
- Core competition analysis
- Evaluate the information architecture of the site
- Evaluate the usability of the site
- Identify the core isssues
We will compile all our findings into one comprehensive report along with a summary of the actions we recommend to solve any problems identified. Once we have presented this and discussed the best approaches to 'rescue' your site we will be in a position to produce a more detailed project plan in accordance with your priorities, budget and time frame.
Should your site be suffering from usability &/or information architectural problems we may recommend that an element of user centred design methodology be applied to the final Site Rescue project plan.
