Virtual Tours - from £45

If you want to find tenants and manage your own property, we can provide you with eye catching virtual tours and a link to our website. Use the links on your newsagent and internet ads to increase interest and reduce the time you spend showing your property.

Let Only - 50% of the first months rent

Do you want to manage your own property but would like help finding the right tenant? This service includes advice on rent levels, free photography/virtual tours (as appropriate), advertising, accompanied viewings, referencing, negotiations, preparation of the tenancy agreement and ensuring (if necessary) that utilities and council tax are transferred to the tenant.

Let Plus - 6% of each month’s rent

Happy to handle repairs and maintenance but would prefer that someone else collect the rent? This option includes all the services provided in our Let Only service plus collection of rent and forwarding monthly statements and balances due to your account.

Management Only - 5.5% of each month’s rent (12 mth lets)
                                             -   7% of each month’s rent (3, 6, 9 mth lets)

You already have the ideal tenant but you need someone to handle the day to day administration because there are other ways you prefer to spend your time. This service includes collecting rent and forwarding monthly statements and balances due to your account, advising on and ensuring compliance with various safety regulations, conducting periodic property inspections, arranging repairs, maintenance or replacements to the property and/or contents (subject to limits previously agreed by you), taking appropriate initial action in the event of rent arrears or any other breach of the agreement, liaising with the tenant on a routine basis, arranging renewals, check-outs and re-letting to new tenants as required. We require a general reserve of £200 to be held against any emergency repairs in order to secure the property.

Full Management - 9% of each month’s rent

You prefer to delegate the entire process to an agent. Rent Guarantee - 3% of each month’s rent

Property Watch - £25 per week

We will visit your property each week to ensure that it is secure and deal with any queries or problems that may arise. We require a general reserve of £200 to be held against any emergency repairs in order to secure the property.
