Register
Send us your requirements via our website or contact us by phone.
2. Property search
Receive email and/or text message alerts as properties become available.
3. Shortlist properties
Use our detail rich property information to help you select properties
to view.
4. View properties
Your letting agent will accompany you on all viewings.
3. Reserve property
Fill out a Tenancy Application and pay a fee to reserve your property.
The property is then taken off the market. Fees are £100 for 1 -2
adult occupants and £25 per adult for each additional occupant.
These fees will be deducted from your security deposit once the process
is complete.
4. References
You will be required to complete an application form for each adult occupant.
Results are normally available to us within 2 business days. In some cases,
a guarantor may be required.
5. Sign tenancy agreement and pay 1st month's rent and deposit
We arrange a date for you to sign the Tenancy Agreement and pay your 1st
month’s rent & deposit. The first month’s rent and deposit
are payable at least 7 days in advance, in cleared funds only, i.e., by
bankers draft. Thereafter, the rent will be collected by Direct Debit
from a UK bank account.
6. Transfer Utilities & Council Tax
We will arrange to have utilities and council tax transferred to your
name. However, you must make arrangements for telephone services.
7. Check-In
Your property manager ‘checks you in’ to your new home. We
walk you through the Inventory and Statement of Condition, which you must
check and sign. We will also explain all heating systems, appliances and
general property care.
8. Enjoy your home
For any problems call your property manager.
9. Offer to extend
Before your tenancy finishes, we will ask if you wish to extend your tenancy.
10. Check-Out
We send details of your Check-Out three weeks in advance and you are required
to be present. We can organise cleaners if needed. Your property manager
will go through the Inventory and Statement of Condition to check everything
is in good order. If there are no damages to the property, we refund the
deposit within 3 business days.
